Since I do not make graphics I have had

Now in order for you to receive one of my awards
Your website must meet these guildlines:
Your website must be family friendly,
this includes language, graphics
and
links that lead outside your website.
No racism, nudity, profanity, abuse or hate and nothing illegal.
Your website must be easy to navigate, be user friendly
and very few pop ups. I realize some advertising is
unavoidable in some cases.
COPPA (U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
state that a child must be over the age of 13 to apply for
or nominate a site for an award without separate parental
permission. I have chosen not accept a site from anyone
under the age of 18. All American based sites will be expected
to display a COPPA compliance statement on their site.
Your website must be in English or have translator available
Your Website must give credit where
credit is due if at all possible.
I realize sometimes it is not possible
if you can not
find the original artist or writer.
I know from experience
it is not always possible,
but I do make the attempt to find the owner.
Please do not submit business sites, spam or links only,
these awards are intended for personal websites.
